The weekly schedule includes religious services ,namely , Matins, Vespers, Virgin Mary prayers, the Holy Liturgies and instruction of Orthodox worship.
This year, the camp wiĺl focus on Christ's Passion and His Resurrection through readings of the Holy Bible and the Orthodox iconography. At the same time ,youth activities, team games and crafts ,first Aid courses as well as discussions with older youths elaborating on their concerns will take place. Moreover ,healthcare and medication will be provided to patients. The tasty african food prepared and served with love by volunteers will taste even more delicious. This good purpose is served by greek volunteer students who organise this effort and work hard for the implementation of the camp. The heart of Christianoupolis beats in the heart of Africa ! The last day of the camp-which is always a Sunday- a festive celebration of St Spyridon takes place,a litany of the Saint's icon and then a meal for everybody in a jovial celebration combining Greek and Ugandan elements. You can also reinforce our effort in your way and your are more than welcome to join our community . Thank you
